Where the number comes from.
For every product you order, we compare what each of your suppliers charges for it. The cheapest one is on average 15.5% below the median price for that same product, and Swyp sends the item there without you having to look.

So the same supplies cost you €88.73 instead of €100. Our fee is always 5% of what you order through Swyp, never a charge on what you used to spend elsewhere. Measured on real orders, across every product quoted by two or more of the suppliers you connect.
Even against the cheapest single supplier.
The 15.5% above assumes you pay median prices today. Suppose instead you already sent every order to the one supplier who quoted you best overall. Splitting the basket still wins, because each item comes from whoever sells that item cheapest, rather than from whoever wins the basket as a whole.

The 4.8% and 10% figures count only baskets that one supplier could have filled on its own, so both sides of the comparison cover the same orders. Prices are the ones each supplier showed on the day the order was placed.
