What counts as a chair?

Every treatment chair where you see patients. A practice with three treatment rooms, each with one chair, pays for three chairs.

What if we add or remove a chair?

Change the number in your settings at any time. An added chair is charged pro rata on your next invoice. A removed chair stops counting from your next billing period.

Do I pay anything during the trial?

Accepted Answer

No. For 30 days you use every feature without a card. You only start paying once you activate your subscription.

Does Swyp add anything to supplier prices?

Accepted Answer

No. You see each supplier’s own price, exactly as on their website, and your supplier invoices your orders as usual. Swyp charges nothing on what you order.

Do I pay per user or per location?

Not per user: your whole team is included. A group of practices shares one subscription and pays for the chairs across all its locations.

How am I billed?

One invoice a month, excl. VAT, with 30 days to pay by card, SEPA direct debit or bank transfer.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. There is no contract and no minimum term. Cancel in your settings and the subscription ends at the end of the billing period.

My supplier already gives me a strong deal. Why would I use Swyp?

Keep it. Swyp orders on your own accounts, so every price and term you negotiated stays as it is. Scout only suggests moving an item when another of your suppliers sells it for less, delivery included, and nothing moves without your approval. On top of that you get one cart for every supplier, stock you can see and spending you can check.

What if Scout finds nothing cheaper on an order?

Then you order exactly as you would have, at your own prices, in one cart instead of several websites. Supplier prices change often, so Scout checks every order again.
